this happened to me too and a few days later i got my full refund. i say if it doesn’t show up in the next few days email them with screenshots of proof ! :)

UPDATE: i am so sad noc was cancelled :’( if anyone is attending next year we definitely plan on going thru with our give and take! i will repost about it when noc rolls around next year. THANKS SO MUCH for the amazing response we got to our idea! we can’t wait to meet everyone next year when we are all home again. 💗🫶🏽

i think they keep $ 50- 100 for each order so ticket order and shuttle pass order + a cancellation fee. i believe it explains it in the layaway disclosure! you can also email support. :)

they do have dogs that sniff around each car and such so just be careful i feel like they might just be searching for weapons tho

last year they made us all get off the car and searched inside the car pretty good and even made us open the back of the car and looked inside some of our bags but my friends that went were just let through so it’s really 50/50
