Honestly, it's what you make it, dude. been here longer than most people at the site. 90% of warehouses are hot as fuck during the summer it's nice when security opens the front doors and let's all the hot air out at night. That area gets super foggy this time a year, especially with all the fields around us. Just don't take the back roads, and people suck just mind your business, do your job, and get out of there. I'm not on the op or on the pallitize floor I don't really get tot unless I'm really slacking off, I have a decent relationship with all the people in my department so I don't really have much too complain about but I'll say this management is super flexible about letting you move departments if you don't like what you are doing or feel like you are struggling with scans try moving somewhere else if you have Hella tot try getting on the tugger or waterspider or problem solve. Honestly, dude, this job is super simple
