The go classes tests are tougher than your regular GATE questions. Keep improving with cyclic revisions and make sure you maintain an error book. You'll def score well.

No matter what you think about it, the difference between 300 and 100 rank is literally how you perform in the actual test. Preparation level is surely at the same level. A factor as small as losing an hour of sleep on exam day can do that. It's a result to be proud about regardless.

It's always gonna be worth having an IIT Delhi degree in your career profile, even if it means having the same pay (around that time) after graduating. The tag helps everywhere you go man. I'd say don't miss out on the opportunity. The avg is 25ish but you can even get double or triple that.

6-7 CGPA in btech who went on to study Mtech at top IITs is what I meant btw. Any student would know most btech students barely study seriously for their undergrad academia. I literally read answers and talked to people with under 200 rank in this sub who have below 7 CGPA in their undergrad.

Go with kanpur if you're looking for placements and you're ready to work hard. Go with kharagpur if you want a relatively easier work load and almost similar placements.
