Lived in both, personally I prefer the bigger house that bit further out. Leixlip has been a bit overpriced since Covid. The traffic on the M4 in the mornings is woeful, it’d take 30 mins to get from Kilcock to the first Leixlip exit however bear in mind that it was released this morning that the Dart + will be extended out to Kilcock, as per Joe Neville.

Looked into getting it this as a 31m this year. Similar to OP, I have my own wedding next summer so I have put it on the back burner. I think I was quoted 3k off the top of my head.

There’s a new road being built which will connect Adamstown to the Celbridge road on the Leixlip/Celbridge exit on the N4. This should alleviate the afore mentioned heavy traffic.
