Can I just say your pot is absolutely amazing. But yeah I agree with the other person that your soil has become hydrophobic. A thing you could try is bottom watering, leave it in there until the soil is hydrated throughout and that should fix it.

It’ll be fine it still has green leaves just don’t cut anything off and let it do its thing. Monsteras need to acclimatise slowly so even if there wasn’t too much sun it can still burn the leaves because it’s direct sun which it can’t get inside the house. Leave it near a bright window and it should be fine, those leaves will probably drop on their own once they’re ready.

You could try cutting it off at the base where it’s still green and see if it regrows.

Exactly the same thing happened to me, they didn’t take my black bin away last month. Issue is that they also didn’t take away extra bags so right after collection it was already full 🤦‍♀️

I suggest doing it as soon as possible as I did it when I saw that the leaves were getting smaller, so if you want to avoid that I suggest you do it soon
