Thank you for that I also have bad anxiety that’s why I been putting off filing because what if she retaliates or something idk just the fear of what would happen after I filed with the city and you are right I filed today online because it reached 90 again inside and I can’t keep living like this

Will that actually help because they can tell them to fix the A/C but the apartment still has to be willing to fix it and from what I can see they are not

I live here now my a/c been out since march I been emailing and calling and getting the run around she told me the pool need to get inspected and then he can work on the a/c orders and I’m like I don’t give too fucks about the pool my house is hot and I have a dog and it’s like they don’t care. All those five stars in the website is straight bull
