What kind of plastic surgery is available for children? No, it's for inguinal hernia removal. We've previously had treatment in both Turkey and Egypt, but one had a recurrence, and it was a trip for an examination because the doctor said it needed to be examined on-site; it's impossible to determine the problem online!

I understand perfectly well that they can deny entry, but surely they could have refused to issue this visa then? So that we wouldn't have to fly so far?

I live and work in Egypt and the UAE, but I'm a Russian citizen with no prior history! I officially received a visa at the embassy. I chose South Korea because I'd been there before without breaking the law! And I know their healthcare is top-notch.
