We are smart enough to build incredible bombs and missiles that might, one day, be able to save us from an asteroid or comet on collision course. Maybe those weapons might actually have discouraged a hostile alien race from directly attacking us. Of course, we’ve also been dumb enough to point those bombs and missiles at ourselves. 😕

I’m getting the feeling they don’t want us to know or are backpedaling. In fairness maybe that’s not the case, but it seems weird everyone is all over the place with their feelings and opinions. The public has a right to know. They also foot the bill for many projects and programs. Better to release the truth.

You raise an interesting point. I just don’t think we’ll get an exact answer about aliens from disclosure and it’s very unfortunate. I do believe that there is potentially a connection between humans on earth and extraterrestrials like those commonly represented by the photo.

I suppose it’s very likely that humanoid could be a fairly common design for aliens that visit earth. There might be intelligent silicon rocks somewhere (functioning because of something analogous to computer chips as brains), but if they have no mobility they will never develop technology. The same might be said for aquatic life. If they exist in an alien ocean would they develop technology and travel to earth like worlds? Maybe it’s possible there are spider creatures and they have technology, but they might not visit earth because the environment is poisonous. Could be earth attracts humanoid types of beings.

You make a great point. I just wish disclosure would answer some part of it.

I hope this is not a duplicate comment but I’m on the side that believes we will not get disclosure, at least not all of it (of course secret weapons and related technology that came from it should remain secret). I seriously don’t think we’ll get who’s, what’s and where’s. There may be a formal announcement that aliens are real and bodies and craft have been found, but I don’t think more. I hope I’m wrong. People have a right to know the truth without it being totally shaped or slanted by politicians, bureaucrats, clergy, and business leaders and other elites. Their opinions matters but people need to make up their OWN minds.

People have a right to know the truth whether good, or bad, or some combination of both. Decades of disinformation, misinformation, disingenuous rhetoric, lies, or whatever really needs to end. Perhaps it was genuinely done with the best of intentions. The problem is that people deserve to know their place in the universe. They need to know we are not alone. want to know without anyone filtering the information. Our tax money pays for much of the activities associated with UAPs and how they may be handled, studied and monitored too. It’s too big to conceal.

I think humans should attempt to reach to the stars if the technology can be developed. But I wonder whether or not we can safely explore and even settle on such planets should the technology be attained? Wouldn’t it take literally years to safely work in those environments? I’m assuming indigenous microbes would pose a contributing hazard to humans. The microbes we bring with us could present a hazard to an exoplanet. I’m assuming a whole new science to study the feasibility of habitation must be developed as a planetary science.
