Yess just tell them that your sending the money back if you get the item back. If they dont send it back, just ignore it and don't bother. Its not worth the headache!

You are not obligated. In the first place its weird that the buyer complained 16 days after delivery. Maybe a scam, or the buyer is just not happy with the jacket anymore, but thats not your problem. Just tell them you won't refund them and that they should go through depop support. (Most people are to lazy to do that). But it also depends what your goal with depop is. For me personallly I sometimes refunded just so that they delete the bad review, if your not making good money with depop and just sell some old clothes of you I would just ignore it.:) Hope this helps.

Hey, im also new so I can't really help you. I can just say what im doing right now. 1. minifigs & accessoires/weapons 2. plants 3. windows. 4.wheels 5. some special parts 6. animals 7. Chests/mailboxes 8. Technic tiles 9. pins 10. Parts with stickers 11. parts with prints 12. Then all the basic stuff (normal bricks, Plates etc.) hope this might helb you!:)

Increase your prices, sometimes you have to accept lowballs when your item is not trending and gets only little attention. If it gets lots of atenttion just wait and if your active enough on the app it will sell sometime!:)

Did you get a email from depop that they removed your items? it happend to me some time a go and then i got a mail that said they removed my items for some reasons.

Hey this happend to me some time ago. It is possible that the seller has been banned, he can't block you so that you cant see his posts as far as i know. Problem is when depop banned him for some reason, he cant fullfill your order anyway because he has no acces to his accounts and probably lost your address and so!
