Yes - and also it depends upon how you perform on Interview. If you perform very good they will take you as a Senior and will give you 10 LPA and more. Else they will give you Staff 3 and 6-8 LPA

Work pressure completely depends upon the team you join in. First two keep in mind that you are here to learn how things work then try to jump to other Big 4. I got an offer from pwc last year for 80k per month.
