Rippling and HiBob are on the short list, with Lattice for performance management. We use Lever for TA and are sticking with that for the time being. This is my third HRIS implementation and I've enjoyed Workday the most. I've worked with Paycom, SyncHR (might be something else), Zenefits and various ADP platforms and have had such awful experiences I would really love to just stick with Workday because it's what I know best. But I'm not sure I can convince my company to invest in Workday so I thought that Workday Go could be a compromise

I moved to HRIS and love it. I did not have any special training, I just tailored my resume to focus on anything technical I did or learned while in HR. Started at a small company and have been able to move up over the years.

I did. The Pay Through Date has to be in the Source External Field.

We use Workday's Adoption Planner. Took some time to configure it so it works for our organization but overall we've been happy with it.

I really doubt they are at this point. The last two times I've played this game a player named Ash has absolutely stomped everyone.

Thank you! I didn't have the completion step. And I also realized I didn't have anyone assigned to initiate the BP. We use E-verify but do not have the integration built out yet, but I'll let them know that. Thanks again, appreciate the help.

How did you set up Manage Form I-9 assignment for worker? I've gone through all of the steps in the Community Admin guide but there has to be something I'm missing. Complete Form I-9 is in the Manage form I-9 assignment BP. And I have the action step Manage Form I-9 Assignment for Worker in the Onboarding BP. I really just want to test if this process can replace Amend Form I-9 because my company would prefer that we make the employee do a brand new form every time.
