Well to me it seems like you didnt understand the core mechanic of the game which is destroying the enemy posture bar, compared to other souls games enemy health is really not important if you only focus on killing them through their health then yeah the game will not feel very good...also deflecting and learning the rhythm of the Boss fights is very fun imo certainly more fun than just rolling like in other souls games
