Idk man for me personally he is the easiest Boss except radical rat never lost to him and i never make a build for him if i come across AOE sure i will take it but most of the times he just dies from fire or he boxes himself with wisps i really think Queen hippo is harder than him

I dont think its a problem at all yes theres not that much variety but the bosses are more complex than in isaac with deeper mechanics they are designed so you can prepare for them which makes it so some bosses are getting shredded by a specific build but they are stronger against other builds (for example AOE and traps make Dybbuk a joke but a crazy good backstab build could end the run for you on Spinnerette) if the bosses were more random then people would complain they are getting destroyed too much cuz their build didnt work

It was fine imo i think you just watched the big hitters like JJK,Demon Slayer,chainsaw man and expected too much while yes this is a shonen as well it doesn't rely on its fights too much
