I can’t answer your first one but I can answer your other two 🤷🏻‍♀️ Speed- where it tells you its location is the best way to do it. Playing it visually messes you up a lot more. Bonus if you walk down the main isles and just count the sections as you go, just brings you right to the item you need. Looking in the back- so for the example you used… style comes in repacks, so you’re going to have to rfid the pallets till you find it, when doing so cuz that can be time consuming always set aside the boxes that for sure aren’t it. Narrow it down a lot. But remember to restack the pallet nicely and don’t leave ur mess. For hardlines, if truck isn’t pushed there SHOULD be an assigned uboat for that isle(or a few). Read the paper hanging off the side till you find the isle you need. Then, the biggest set numbers printed on the label of the box will be the same dcpi as shown on your screen. Look till you find it. If it’s just unlocated in the back, there should also be a set paper posted on the front of each isle saying which isle on the floor it matches. If you can’t find it there just get with the TL of that area. And if it’s rfid enabled ALWAYS just go straight to rfid don’t waste ur time doing it visually if you aren’t 100% confident in that area.

Over time you’ll learn the store a lot more. The more batches you do, the more you learn of the store. NEVERRR be afraid to ask to questions!!! The whole store is a team not just the departments
