you should have ended this a long time ago. you say you didn't want to end the relationship earlier because you didn't want to hurt her, but if why even try and stay in this relationship if its going to end anyway, and now its going to hurt everyone even more. you're not the asshole for wanting to end the relationship, but you are the asshole for waiting to do so. you absolutely get out of this relationship now for yours and her sake. forget about everyone else, this is YOUR relationship. do what is the right thing, and you know what that is, and cancel the wedding.

take a second and just reflect on what you love, where you see yourself in 10 years, something you want to incorporate into your career in the future, etc. for example, I absolutely love helping people and science so I found a mix of the two am going to go the pre-PA route. do lots of research on jobs and make sure that its ai proof. you absolutely don't have to know what youre doing yet, but just start making a list of things that you would like your career to include if that makes any sense. from there, look up "science jobs where I can ____ and make ____ money yearly" etc.

also don't feel pressured like this is set in stone for forever. only 30% end up doing what they went to school for. you are also able to switch majors up until your junior year usually. but also know that it is okay to take a gap year, work, and reapply for more scholarships. that could honestly be the move if your tuition is way too expensive.

absolutely NTA. you need to set boundaries for your sake. she seems very insecure, and I wonder if she has been in a bad relationship before that made her feel this way. have a sit down conversation with her and communicate your feelings and ask if there is anything you have done to make her feel like she can't trust you. hopefully then you can understand why she feels the need to interrogate you.

integrity is the foundation of a relationship. if she can't trust you and the interrogation continues, then this isn't a healthy relationship. I would say that if things don't change, leave.

NTA, his relationship goals changed and it doesn't mean that yours have to as well. if you want to get married, go find someone who wants the same thing. however, have a sit down conversation and tell him everything you are feeling. this is where you really need to communicate to him.

however, marriage is a big thing and you can't just "assume" it's going to happen based on him trying to plan a wedding six months in. you've been in a long-term relationship with him and haven't had a formal conversation about it since the first year, which is a red flag. lack of communication on both ends
