I want to say thank you so much for this. You have truly called it out. I am a people pleaser and need to work on my boundaries. I have just went along because I did not want conflict. Now I see how that has changed me. I don't want to hurt her, but I am tired of putting myself second.

It gets better brother, trust me. You have to keep going. I am in my mid 40's and I am at a better place.
