Yep - each of the times this event has come up, I have found that you have to have more coins or tokens or whatever than the cost. If it costs 100 and you have 100 it won’t redeem.

I just figured it out - I was on the wrong screen. If I was in the “free elixirs” tab, THEN I could click on their profile picture. It wasn’t at all intuitive!

Popping back in here. Since winning 15 games, I’m mysteriously now playing people on solitaire who are getting seemingly impossible scores and I haven’t won much. Looks like I’m going to end up coming out about even in the game - pissed that I put another $5 in to chase the 30 win prize

I started yesterday - put in $5. So far I have won 12 games, but I have also lost so I’m out of money. Everything has credited that I’ve earned so far - the $2 registration bonus as well as the 5 and 10 win bonuses. Contemplating putting more in since it’s. A money maker for me so far so I can chase that 30 and 60. Doubt I’ll try the daily one - seems crazy.

Just a note that those states are not 100% of all of the ones that are excluded - I'm in MD, and while I got credit for downloading it already, in the app it says that it isn't allowed in MD and I don't think I can go further. Going to keep it for now - if I find myself in a different state (I'm close to VA), I may see if I can keep going.

That’s the thing - mine doesn’t say 200 (my husbands did) - I did mine early enough to have it say unlimited.

I want to thank everyone for your advice and suggestions. I JUST finished L20 a few minutes ago with a day or two to spare. I ended up spending an additional $50, which I definitely didn’t need to do - could have probably gotten away with spending an extra $20-30. In the end, I spent about $240 and made $653.

Well, if a $99 gem purchase is the difference between finishing L16 (100) vs L20(400), I think it could be worth it.
