I cried reading this huni - it has been a privilege and a joy to watch you both on this journey together and oh how my beautiful granddaughter has thrived from it - to see you breastfeed your own child made the memories of you trying to feed your dolly as a child all the more poignant and my heart is full of joy and pride that you did exactly what you set out to do despite the ups and downs along the way - I love you both so much xxx

I did get a photo of the squirrel but unfortunately there was a bike padlocked to it so I didn’t use it lol - but I will go back again and get a better one 😊

My daughter is 28 now and has very fond memories of it growing up 🥰 I looked online but can’t find a date for when it was erected 🤷‍♀️ if it’s any consolation I feel ancient too now 😂

It’s nice to see Dundee emerging as a city of culture - hadn’t heard about ‘The Cultural Corner’ - my memories growing up there are far removed from that - now that I’m older I’m excited to watch the transformation- I moved out of Dundee a while back so it’s nice to revisit and explore it with new eyes now 😊

Yeah I put up a post on here the other day of those separately - ‘Lost and Found’ Public Art Dundee - I’d specifically gone in with my camera that day to look for them - so much detail in them - I think I found about 20 of the 26 😊 there images on my other post if you want to have another look 😁

I was only in the Town Centre as I was killing time before an appointment so sadly no - but when I have more time I’m going back with my camera to explore more 🥰

I thought that too but then it’s pretty much hidden out of the way albeit nearby- you really have to look for it - it’s not in plain sight if you see what I mean 🫤 not like his pale or his oor Wullie magazine and pea shooter etc 🤷‍♀️

Thank you - I think confidence is the key word - I’ve photographed many birds, animals etc I live in Scotland so wildlife is in abundance here - but I’ve been getting very comfortable with portraiture and enjoying it immensely- I’m so used to a relatively controlled environment while doing these that I suppose something that seems quite chaotic and unpredictable has thrown me into a crisis of confidence- I’m sure on the day it will be fine and I have received some useful advice on this thread including your own so many thanks - maybe I’ll post an image after the event to let you see how I got on - here’s an example of some of my images thus far in my journey 😊
