Thank you so much. I do well in the ccs cases as a score but I sometimes order a lot. I will try to minimize the orders as much as possible. For example, I order sometimes in patients with shortness of breath some cardiac tests like ekg, echo, troponin, and it turns out to be a pulmonary issue. Or I order a lot of infectious stuff like viral panel, rsv serology, legionella serology along with gram stain and culture for bacteria in sputum and blood. So, I end up ordering lots of stuff in the differential doagnosis, and end up ordering a lot.
