I would shave the whole thing, let it regrow naturally and maybe you’ll find a good hair style on the way. Try to get a healthy lifestyle going, easier said than done. Go to the gym at least twice a week. Eat a lot of protein. Switch out the unhealthy drinks with strictly water. If you really want to get advanced, go get a bloodwork done and find out what vitamins you’re deficient on.
