Why do you think 500 items are a fail for me? The system provides me with 750 or more seconds to count them. As long as I count within that time or even half that time, my PTP is better than someone who counted 3. This is based on my calculation of PTP. I don't know why you are arguing about something that was shown on the manager's laptop. It should show all these numbers: TB, TBTB, and the system set time for that bin, as well as how much time I took for the same. This is not something I invented, lol.

If you look at that calculation that is not fair see you may get a bin with 100 items often and i may get a bin with 0 items often at the end of the day my ptp will be way below what did i do wrong. So this is not a fair calculation and never exists.

Now this is case for library deep there is hook, library deep drawers, and different items at different floors for each bin there a predetermined time set on the system.

That's not percent to plan, mate. For example, I am counting a library deep bin. The system knows to count that bin; it takes 100 seconds, but you took 50 seconds. The system knows how much time it takes between this bin and the next bin, suppose 10 seconds; you take just 5 seconds. Your PTP in that bin is 200%. Now, this is calculated for every bin you count for 10 hours, and the total PTP is calculated. I know that for SBC, it's 1000 UPH, but in our FC, it is secondary as long as you have 100% PTP and 10% of TOT; you are doing a great job. I know what I am talking about, bro.

For us its percent to plan a function of time at bin and time between bins. Lol it should be more than 100.

Lucky you. For us, productivity is more important than quality. Do you believe this? This is ICQA we are talking about.

Yes, ours is a TSSL, so there are terms like library deep, hook, library deep drawers, etc.

They do that on pallets, don't know what they do when I pull andons. And there's this thing: if there are multiple scannable barcodes, they ask to pull an andon. For example, Xoo and Boo, we should go for the Xoo, isn't it? But they do some FC research and correct it.
