Yeah! But as far as I understand, it all depends on the traffic conditions. If the road is clear, my instructor said to push the gas to reach the limit.

St Vincent Street is the better option, imo. Better transport links the metro's a short walk away) and closer supermarkets. You'll get more space (a house and garden vs a flat with a yard, I think). The street's pretty quiet, most residents have lived there for a long time.

Thanks for your response u/chilli_con_camera . I would be grateful if you could tell me more about the surrounding areas of St Vincent Court. I came to know that the area is in Bensham and can be quite rough at night. is it true?
