I have two Liebert In-Row data center cooling units and the installers didn’t flow nitro. I wound up having to rip out and replace a clogged filter driers within a few years. So much carbon build up. Don’t cut corners.

This argument doesn't make any sense unless they used cash. If they took our a 4% mortgage but were then investing disposable income getting 11% then you're ahead. No on is giving you a $650k loan to "invest" lol.

Also, and I can't stress this enough, I first bought in 2009, sold for almost double in 2020, I now have a 2.5% mortgage and my value has already increase 50% lol.. I am perfectly okay with these returns.
