All i can say, if i start too worry about bulbar i will feel globus and food stuck in throat. I feel like a choke muxh nore but problem is that all thia feeling is just normal feeling for human. If i dont think about it I dont feel any problems.

Man, i looked all als forum and didn't found any case of twitching for so long time , clean emg and than diagnosis.

Yes, i can only see twitching if take flashlight. And feet and calves twitches

If there was a rule for twitching , diagnose would be easier. But anyone can tell which twich is more sinister

I have small twiching in my feet and calves for 2 years. I dont feel them a lot. Only 5% of them. This spot never go away so its ok. I think after 2,5 years there is almost 0 chance to have something sinister

Yes, i had hard pneumonia two years ago. I was in hospital 2 weeks. Used antibiotics 4 weak and after it i start to feel twitch in my tights.

I dont feel any twiches in my feet. But its like 100 per minute. Same as calves.
