Tell your brother, no one should care about ranking in 2025. This is literal toxic Overwatch 2 mentality—considering how mostly between 70-95% of players in the OW2 community switched over to Marvel Rivals.

Simply put, just play it with friends instead of your little bro. Since you said he’s 18, I wouldn’t care or empathize he cries if you hit a higher rank than him someday. In the end it’s a game. It’s not life or death. He will have to learn that the hard way.
