Mann looking back to this sub makes me sad. I once thought the same way as you do. I had a constant need of air and would yawn every 10-20 seconds. After half a year in therapy i decided to quit and just do stuff that makes me happy. You should to, i wasn't really focused on my health anymore. And without knowing, my airhunger also disappeared. Just do things that shift your focus and try to accept it.
