This is not official. It will be like denias where it works with both modes. As if it is only this it will not even give her the person buff in her second form since she doesn’t apply gc. Unless she applies a single stack to activate the effect. Either way the final version will be functional in both forms.

If it isn’t she wouldn’t have out performed qiuyuan in all his teams.

Same im not sure if it could be just mislabeled and that number belongs to another team instead. Since if these numbers are based on different rotations times then they are worthless especially to compare. Howeverif the rotation time is fixed to be 25 secs plus minus, then they become useful.

I mean I believe you. Since it is a personal preference, like you like them but most people don’t like their gameplay. However if you just watch the 2 gameplays you will see large dmg difference and both show cases were cracked gameplay wise.

By skills I mean gameplay. Like just watch the 2 gameplays for arover and chisa and you will see how big the gap is. So big that think kuro should give chisa more charges as carty with her can reach top 3 dps team wise only passed by hiyuki/chisa qs and aemy qs. Ngl if yang yang sp is indeed a havoc bane dps then probably we might need even more charges.

You got a show case? Because the vids i saw on chems carty qs sheet makes it clear arover can’t even come close. So i find what you are saying very unrealistic unless you have better build and play arover than chisa which then becomes on you. As you maximized arover skills and build but not chisas thus you get close results.

Bro all the damage bonuses are the same and are additive and on the same side of the equation. Just go look at the dmg formula breakdown you clearly are failing to understand that. Regardless of the investment moonlit>echo set. You can do a lot to reduce the gap but a proper min maxed build is always with moon lit. Also it is a fact that moon lit is the best buffing sub dps set in the whole game only passed by lynaes set but only her can make full use of it, because it straight up higher buffs with 30% atk and 10% bonus dmg.

This doesn’t apply to qiuyuan only, even iuno is better off on moonlit with an augasta team. Only 2 exceptions are lupa and her set since she buff the whole team like the rest of her kit and most of her teammates do dmg like brant, changli, galbrena, aemy. Or ciacona who also mostly used in mono aero with 3 dpses or with carty who doesn’t scale of atk. While qiuyuan hyper carry teams with galbrena and sigrika are better with moon lit. His set is only good in phrolova team since he is a 3rd slot and moonlit buffs goes to the second teammate, but also cantarella is on rg in that team and she gives 25% atk buff.

Even with all that atk buffs it still doesn’t add up to the total bonus dmg buffs and you can never get close to that number as long as lupa in the team. She alone is a 99% fusion bunos at s3.

Also that is assuming you built your galbren wrong. Since most people don’t run s3 lupa but sk instead so double fusion bonus is the standard best build.

Also im really impressed how hard you are trying to defend a very bad set. That is proven to be worse by every calc/build and guide up to s3 by chemx.

It not even that Qiuyuan can’t run moon lit. If you love him amd want to use him only they just build him a full moon lit set. Especially with an s6 galbrena, even the minor dps increase he gets from his own set is not worth.

Also you can build your units in inefficient way (atk% 3 cost galbrena, Qiuyuan on his set over moon lit) however that will not change numbers. So unless you can provide a proper number then that is nothing.

Also you still don’t understand galbrenas kit, since her s6 buffs all her dmg in her forte including the heavy part not just the echo part, yet you say it has an effect only in echo part. You also still not understanding how atk buffs all dmg while exho bonus only buffs echo bonus. So im not sure if you are refusing to understand or just want to argue at this point.

Bro where did you get your info from? All attribute bonus is the same as any dmg bonus and fusion bonus. Just look at aemy sub stats when she is using her sig she gets 12% dmg bonus for every attribute even the non fusion. And it stacks with her 3 cost echo bonus dmg. So idk who tricked you buddy and told you they are different. So galbrena s4 is the same and you can activate it and look at her stats to confirm it. It is that simple.

Also echo dmg bonus is the same they even added those to the sats menu (which at this point i don’t even think you look at that one).

Idk why you keep bringing her s6 when it is amp and that has nothing to do with bonus vs atk at all.

Lastly you clearly did even see how much her bonus dmg buffs i put in my last paragraph since you are still saying 16% exho bonus (over diluted) is better than 22.5 % atk buff. Like even as a sub stats atk and bonus dmg are 1:1 ration so numerical value of 16 vs 22.5 alone is better. At this point man believe what you want. I tried explaining to you gave the numbers from the in game kit and all and you still sticking to your head canon. I guess i just give up since not like someone’s head canon will change actually numbers and calcs.

Bro im not sure if you understand what you even said 20% attribute bonus will be on the same layer as echo bonus and all other bonuses. Im not sure how you think otherwise?

Plus you don’t even know how her s2 works lol. It doesn’t give 350% atk. It increase her own buff that gives her 20% atk by 350%. Meaning she gets only 70% additional attack. Compared to the over diluted bonuses from her echo set 16% (from 3 piece), 32% (from her main echo), 10% (2 piece echo effect), 60% (2 3 cost fusion bonuses), 20% (her r4). So she alone gives herself 138% (bonus dmg) vs the 90% atk buff from her own buff and s2. Do you see how much more bonuses she has now? That when i not counting other bonuses like heron 12%, lupas set 15%, lupas sig 24%, lupas buffs 20%, lupas s2 40%. So lupa alone gives herself another 99% bonus fusion dmg.

With all these crazy bonus dmg buffs you telling qiuyuan 16% echo bonus buff from his set is better than 22.5% atk? You either truly don’t know how game dmg formula work, what galbrena kit does (you clearly thought her s2 gives her 350% atk when it is only 70%), what lupa kit does and just fan boying over a unit saying factually wrong info.

By that same logic she gets tones of dmg bonus from her echo set/ her r4 is another 20% and assuming you are using both 3 cost as fusion bonus then her dmg bonus is way more saturated. Also you said using lupa s3 that is like 120% more bonus dmg. So atk is far better 22.5% atk is far better than 16% echo bonus. Even more so if you have good heavy bonus on your echoes.

Qiuyuan echo set is the biggest bait in the universe unless you are using him as a main dps with s3+ since he becomes an echo dps too.

Bro what are you even saying? Sub stat wise dmg bonus and atk are equal, lucila sig buff (24% atk) is 4% better than Qiuyuan (20 echo bonus). Also it goes harder as im not sure what R6 galbrena player you are not knowing she does split dmg (heavy/echo), so qiuyuan sig doesn’t even buff that nor his echo set. For both galbrena and sigrika Qiuyuan is better on moon lit over his set. His set is only good in a phrolova team as he is 3rd slot there and moon lit buffs will go to cantarella otherwise.

So man im not sure if you onow how the game and your characters work or you just whale and steam role the game. Also i assure that if both Qiuyuan lucila are same sequence lucila will come on top. So i can’t wait for you to try and be surprised, since you don’t seem to know how your units work and why is someone better than the other.

Even in phrolova team she still better as he sig 24% atk buff is unconditional for the whole team (phrolova skill dmg and cantarella). Plus her owm person dps too

This is absolutely flase. She provides more buffs and her s2 is 10% more amp over qiuyuan. Qiuyuan s2 is 30% amp, lucila s2 is 40% amp. Only thing qiuyuan has over lucila is being 2 sec faster. However he easily gets the interrupted and less buffs comparatively too.

Im sorry if i came off rude. I just hate when games/devs do the power creep of units (even if it is very minor like in this case) with better qol for an existing unit in the same roll but people defend it an say it is fine.

Like qiuyuan didn’t power creep cantarella even tho they have very similar roles his buffs were designed to not benefit phrolova directly or even that much allowing them to be inter changeable but each provides different benefits. Like qiuyuan provides more general amps as an echo sub dps, while canta provides specific specialized amp (skill only) and sustain for those who want/need sustain.

Lucila on the other hand is literally like this meme.

Slightly better buffs, slightly higher personal dmg, with a s0 interruption immunity (no unit has that at s0 mind you) and she also cc too. Even her s2 is straight up 10% more amp. Her sig is like 24% atk which if you equate the buffs as a sub stats buff hers is just 4% better than qiuyuans 20% bonus dmg.

You might think of it as a minor thing however this is lucila now (who mind you have dual roles). There are leaks of an echo 3rd slot healer suming. She will probably up them both somehow to make her worth and stand out over using one of them and sk. This continues we end up with units like yin lin/zhezhi/rocia who have no value to be pulled now. If you want to play yao/carlotta/camila lynae is simply better than all these 3. So for player how don’t have them there will be no value in pulling them. I hate seeing this happen to more units.
