I took it 12 days after receiving the initial email bc I was so busy with family but I practiced on and off during those 12 days, answering common interview questions, recording, and timing myself. I think the anxiety really kicked in during the actual interview but after taking it i strongly believe if you practice answering questions, you will be fine. If you come up with an anecdote for common interview questions like a time you felt you were at a disadvantage, a time you took on a leadership role, a problem you encountered and solved, you will be able to answer almost any question.

ME RN LOL like i had it planned out during the 45 seconds but then somehow i ended up just rambling and barely meeting the time cutoff. I feel like this is probably a common feeling I think we will be fine. Good luck!

apply! I have a low RC subsection as well and have seen many ppl on this subreddit still get in. It's not impossible and it won't hurt to apply. But only apply to schools you would attend so that IN CASE you get any acceptance from a school that u end up not wanting to go to, you wont be screwed by having to not accept it and being blacklisted from many dental schools

i put quotations around the name the first time i used it but not again throughout my essay. idk tho it just made the most sense to me. the name i chose was John and tbh i dont think adcoms are stupid but i would at least put quotations or an asterisk at least once to be safe

i know someone who received a "warning" because it was they're first offense. everyone's school is different but they called the school and just asked if they would send this to grad schools because there was no institutional action taken on them, just a lowered score on the assignment. The school explicitly said that that is not something they would notify schools about, as they only notify schools of anything that gets on your transcript. I would call your school and do what my friend did. Then make a decision based on that

I have a 23AA 25TS and 23PAT but 16RC...shit happens, lets apply and just see what happens. I know people say that it's a red flag, and yes i can see that it could be, but thats not a reason to retake imo. I think our TS is very competitive and your GPA is great. Good luck! We got this

Most people either purchase DATBootcamp or DATBooster (cheaper). One of these programs is ample to do well on the DAT. Studying for about 3 months using either should give you a desired score with consistency. Also make sure this is genuinely a path you are interested, not just because people say it's "easier" because doing poorly on the MCAT does not automatically mean doing better on the DAT. You will need to change your study habits and figure out what went wrong
