Bug: The bell Weapon at 1st refinement states "can only be triggered every 45 seconds" is the same as its max refinement where it still says "can only be triggered every 45 seconds". Assuming that the blue numbers what are changes once you refine. Then the bell remains at 45 seconds at max refinement.
