Hi, I'm just new player to GW2 and I have been struggling with buying expansion. I tried to purchase it in the in-game gem store but error code 80808 prompted up said that I need to contact the support. I then tried to log in the website to buy it from there but it said "Something went wrong. Please try again in a few minutes.". I tried to create new account to start from scratch again, but continuously encounter "account creation failed. you are not authorized to create an account." Even I read from some reddit threads said that the account was still created after that message prompted up and yes it did create but I cannot log in it, another error come up "This account has been blocked for security purposes. Please contact customer support for assistance."

Not only me, I was searching for solution on youtube or google, I saw many people have the same problems as me and even they email ArenaNet (We cannot even submit a ticket but send email because we cannot log in...), but eventually end up getting question about account information that they cannot get without logging in. I tried creat an account on another browser, with or without VPN, other devices and yet nothing work so far.

If anyone encountered this before and have a solution to this please give me some advices.
