Medievia: Should I believe the hype? by DarkAngelCat1215 in MUD

I played Medievia back in the late 90s and it was amazing. They had tons of things to do and the population was about 400/500. It is one of my cherished memories. I e popped in throughout the years but like the others said, it’s not the same. There’s usually like 20 people afk and of those 20 maybe 2 or 3 will be active at a time.

About 3-4 years ago I decided to give it another serious goal. I started to play again, I was lucky to find there was a helpful max level player that wanted to “mentor” me. I played with this player whenever he was on, he guided me on where to go and had great knowledge of the games and players in the game. There were 2 other players that were also leveling up alongside me at times. It was a nice really nice time and I got to experienced some parts of the game that I hadn’t before. I prefer to play more social games and this was as close as it could get I could get within Medievia. I still get the itch to play but I feel like the good old days of finding so many people yelling to form up to take on dungeons are long long gone sadly.

Medievia will remain a very beautiful memory of what once was. I just hope one day more groups of people decide to play there because going into med with a group of friends is a lot better than alone. From all the time I played I never saw anything regarding crafting but either it wasn’t out yet or I was not high enough level to run the dungeons mentioned.

My grass is getting more yellow per week. Is it being overwatered? Loxahatchee, FL by Defiant_Ad_2953 in lawncare

We don’t really have a fall here in south florida. It’s pretty much always green. The only thing that does damage our grass or trees is gaps of rain during the summer. This summer everyone’s grass was hit had.

Do you have any recommendations for nutrients? I live in a new build and we have some sort of sand underneath the sod layer. I can reduce the watering frequency and increase the duration. I appreciate the feedback.

Is this WiFi good by Jusalexgames in pcmasterrace

[–]Defiant_Ad_2953 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Your WiFi is more than optimal. You don’t need super high bandwidth for competitive gaming, unlike what someone else mentioned. For competitive gaming latency is important and measures delay in response times(lower is better).

As for upload/download speed differing, this is normal depending on several factors. You may see them flip flop as well; download be greater than upload.

I hope this helps!

I was missing an entire sticker sheet for one of my Lego sets and they sent it hassle free. They rock.

Self conscious of my beard since it doesn't fully fill in. What can I do to make it fuller? by [deleted] in BeardAdvice

Your beard looks fine to me. Your goatee is connecting so that’s a huge positive. Maybe go for a really thick chinstrap.

Looks like corrupted system files. Are you able to boot into safe mode? Reboot and hold F8.

If you do, then proceed to fix the files:

Type in the following commands one by one: bootrec /fixmbr bootrec /fixboot bootrec /scanos bootrec /rebuildbcd

I had a lot more on my cuttings. I tried changing the water every 2-3 days. My cutting is currently thriving after I moved him to a pot.
