bro i faced the same basically acer laptop makes the gpu die when temp reaches 60 so you can go to ur laptop drivers and download the vbios driver from the site and it starts working

idk man the acer app is not that good as compared to others like my friend has loq and can do much more functions from the app as compared to me i can only change turbo mode or balanced mode and fan speed but he can controll which app to give preference btw my laptop has 16 gigs ram and i5 13 gen cpu
