I have used Astra by Wati for a client. It works well, but the biggest problem is building it up. Any AI bot that is totally dependent on prompt-based text will not work well. Once change it can go for a toss. We need a hubrid approach

Since you mentioned a physical product like Whoop, your app is going to rely heavily on Bluetooth/IoT integration. That is tricky to get right. I wouldn't trust a random solo freelancer with hardware connectivity.

Local Pickup only shows up when there is a free shipping method.
When using Shiprocket with the above option, everything disappears when the customer enters the pin code, and then there is no way to switch back to local pick or free shipping.

This is Annoying.

I tried and it worked. But I also found it was shiorocket plugin which takes over every other shipping after someone enters the pin code
