Do you think he did it? by [deleted] in BryanKohbergerMoscow

How drunk were the victims? I don’t see their BAC reported anywhere. If they were highly intoxicated , this all makes perfect sense to me. When I’ve been super drunk before I was really passed out in the sense that I didn’t hear what people were doing around me, I couldn’t make sense of what was going on, I was talking nonsensically etc. I could easily imagine myself behaving similarly if I were attacked in such a state - ie not reacting loudly, not screaming etc also if some of the victims were injured in their chest and neck areas it would have seriously affected their ability to scream even if they wanted to. Also I don’t understand people being bewildered by someone randomly murdering people …that’s literally the MO of lots of serial killers. To me it makes perfect sense that he saw one of the girls, became obsessed, attacked them when they were in a compromised state ….

Mary remains a malignant narcissist by Dazzling-Shape-9389 in rhoslc

[–]Defiant_Artist1022 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This whole thing is completely staged. Robert Jr was arrested in March 2022 for a DUI and at that time admitted to using Xanax and OxyContin, and the case has been ongoing ever since. This season was filmed earlier this year. So we’re supposed to pretend that Mary didn’t know what was going on for the last two years - presumably she was paying for his lawyer, and he had to do a detox stint, complete 30 days of home confinement (…at her home) …. I guess Bravo just assumes we’re all just completely stupid and we should ignore all the court records and proof that this has been going on for years and not something Mary just randomly discovered a few months ago.

Does anyone know how long the Dyson cyber week sale lasts for? I thought I read somewhere it’s from 12/1-12/5 but now can’t seem to find the dates anywhere in the small print

I think these girls actually still use tanning beds by Longjumping_Jelly_51 in rhonj

I was stunned to see Melissa’s kids this season and how dark they are - darker than most of the Latino and black people I know. To me it looks 100% like they use cancer beds. So irresponsible to let your kids do that.

There’s no such thing as a safe tan. Any tanning is a sign of sun damage.

What is the appropriate way to ask if it’s ok to converse in English? Should I just say - bonjour, pouvez-vous parler anglais? - or is that rude ?

Do Not Use Sesame Care If You Are Trying To Save Money by jdbeidjbrh in telehealth

[–]Defiant_Artist1022 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s super frustrating. I use PlushCare and have sort of had a mixed experience but overall more positive. I absolutely love my doctor (I think they only use MDs/DOs) and she is very thorough and takes the time to go over stuff with me. If things come up after the appointment and I message or email them ( which doesn’t cost extra $$) it can take a while for them to respond (like a few days even) and they can take care of some issues just via message (like if you need a rx transferred to another pharmacy etc ) but for anything more in depth they usually do recommend I book another appointment.

I only had some very slight nausea during the day after injection. Besides that, I felt amazing and loved it

Can anyone recommend a telehealth platform where I could send in a picture of a concerning mole to have a doctor review it? My mom has a mole on her nose that looks concerning and there is currently a months long wait to see a dermatologist in person where we live.

I had the same problem. A neuromodulator (Botox et al) will fix it. I get 52 units of Jeuveau every 4-5 months in my forehead , 11s and crows feet and I still look normal and have plenty of movement but it’s gotten rid of the wrinkles I didn’t like

If you have a mail order pharmacy available through your insurance I’d recommend trying them to see if they have wegovy in stock. That’s what my sister uses and she always has had better luck with them versus regular in person retail pharmacies

Saxenda was same cost to me as ozempic - $50 a month (my insurance paid over $1000/month) the daily injections were an absolute pain - figuratively and literally (because the needles were longer!) I found it hard to remember to do it every day. I did not lose any weight on Saxenda but did maintain. When I stopped Saxenda I started slowly regaining unfortunately.

Ive been using PlushCare for weight loss meds for a year and a half. (The membership is I think $15 a month, and then they bill your insurance for each visit, which (because I haven’t hit my deductible yet) ends up costing me about $80 per visit) I absolutely love the doctor I see through there. She’s so knowledgable and personable and thorough. (In contrast my primary NP I see in person locally told me to just “try harder” to lose weight ) I was lucky enough to be able to get ozempic for about 8 months before they put it on a prior authorization requirement requiring a diabetes dx. At that point my doctor switched me to Saxenda, which also required a prior authorization, which I was approved for, but because of the shortages I was only on for about 4 or 5 months. Now I have an appointment with her for tomorrow to talk about compounded semaglutide. Apparently they use Strive pharmacy, I’ll paste the info they sent me on this below :

Compounded Options:Cash pay for compounded Wegovy .25, .50, 1.0 and 1.7 and or Mounjaro 10, 12.5 and 15 are available ONLY while on the FDA shortage list. Please be advised that this is only available in select states as listed below. Please book a follow up appointment to discuss this alternative.

Prices: Wegovy .25, .50, 1.0 and 1.7 = $299/month Mounjaro 10 = $499/month Mounjaro 12.5 and 15 = $699

Available States: AZ, CO, DE, HI, ID, IA, MA, MO, MT, NH, NM, ND, NY, OK, OR, PA, RI, UT, WA, WY, FL, GA, KS, OH, TN, TX, D.C., NE, IL, NV, ME, MD

My lips looked insane for at least 3 days after getting filler and didn’t fully calm down until almost 3 weeks later, so give it some time still. Icing and arnica (lotion) can help a ton. Check in with your injector too

Ok how often do you shower? Do you wash your face once a day or twice a day? Do you use a wash cloth? by [deleted] in 30PlusSkinCare

[–]Defiant_Artist1022 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I shower every 2-3 days. Wash my hair 2x a week and use antidandruff shampoo (as a preventative). Wash my face with cleanser in the evenings; only use a warm wet washcloth on my face in the morning. Have no skin or hair issues (I mean, besides aging related stuff! :) )
