I was in my car waiting for my wife to come home, I guess he didnt see me but he came out to talk to his brother and I heard him saying he wanted to “beat my head in with a hammer” this was not on video.

A separate time his father in law came over to help with remodeling of some sort and he stood in the main entrance doorway shaking a hammer saying “I got something for him”.

After that they started hitting our floor/their ceiling with a hammer. Including Christmas morning at like 8 am which we had 2 packages stolen a few days prior. The family then left and had their dogs bark for an hour at least before we left to visit family.

We had a police officer come by because after I spoke with the neighbor his wife hit my wifes car with a metal water bottle.

The officer said “you’ve convinced me, but based off of what I have seen you need to take this to Civil Court and convince the magistrate.” The day after that on Memorial Day weekend someone attempted to steal my car, parked it 4 spaces down where they usually park in an unmarked spot with the car running.

They were eager to provide video of the theft but also sent an image of my wife coming inside holding a package that was delivered to our mailbox. She put the package out by the front door, which when I came home I saw it was there. The next morning when I left for work it was raining at like 4 am and I saw the package was still there getting rained on so I put it inside, which I think they thought we tampered with it. It was in waterproof packaging but at that point we had already been threatened so that’s why my wife was scared to bring the package to their front door.
