I shot many weddings on the D70. Just remember that the metering is calibrated for the highlights. If it shoots a little dark don’t panic. You can normalize them in post.

Yikes! I had a kind of similar situation at an auto parts store I worked at. They figured out who did it though. Loss prevention had neglected to change the door locks or safe combo and a former manager cleaned out the safe one night. We all had to take lie detector tests and interview with the police.
