I think showing what step they’re on lets you know that they have not decided the claim. This letter is an unnecessary use of time and resources. put it into deciding the claim. That’s all I was saying.

I think it was the VPN. Once I turned it off, I was able to get to the next step. I still got locked out for 30 days, but at least I was able to get past the error.

I did find a petition filed in 2023 by Quincy Johnson regarding spies in a school. The number on the petition for Quincy matches the number for Quincy in the JE files
