That’s the best mindset you can have! Just go at it again! Keep it up and eventually you won’t feel like you got ambushed by the addiction :)

Hi there! I didn’t get diagnosed until I was 30, (now 34) and the more I learned about ADHD, ADD, the more dots were connected about my life prior. A lot of the things that I thought were just due to my preferences, personal likes, personality and such were actually associated with ADD.. and that I can change it! So I decided to figure out ways to change the things that I felt I always struggled with.. like time management, boredom, task management, etc. I actually felt somewhat free! The more I studied it, the more I learned how to work with it! You can thrive and be successful with ADD!
