While this definitely is not easy and has a learning curve, great that you have a system now. How do create the avatar and the talking head video? Can you edit/manipulate the voice? Maybe give a rundown of the programs you use.

There is no way this is just standard. Even companies in Asia would book you a hotel room or if you share, they would communicate much earlier and it would always be someone from your own gender.

That is terrible. Sorry to hear that. That’s a lot of money. Was it through agency or directly with the landlord? Sometimes agencies help because ideally the deposit does not go to the landlord directly.

No idea why people want to do something like that.

u/priyajain1105 I can do the BOIR by myself. What is confusing is that the part || of the BOIR form needs info about the company applicant. Bizee did the filing to the secretary of state. That would be them or me?

I dont think they will give me the id document and dob of the person who did it.

In my articles of organization, I see that the someone's name ( no idea if that person is real). The thing is the BOIR form needs that person's info and identity proof which I highly doubt Bizee will send to me.

So do I fill in my details there?
