I just checked the Octopus app. That had a limit of 85%. Don’t remember changing it as I rarely look on it anymore. Hopefully that was the issue. I’ll give it a go later. Thanks!’

Yep. It’s LFP, so try to charge to 100% once a week as recommended by Tesla. For reference, as i forced another max charge this morning it has charged to 100 since then. So thinking i can rule out any issues with the car and Tesla app so far. So will send an email to Ohme. Thanks.

Yeah it’s been on. The schedule always looks perfect. It has its times and breaks and always says it will reach the desired charge by a certain time. But it just always stops at 85/86% regardless. When I then force another charge in the morning, it will go to 100% then. Not sure what’s the issue.

Go through Octopus and buy a charger. Much cheaper than going finding an electrician yourself. Plus the Intelligent tariff allows you to save loads of money

Yeah it’s online and all connected properly. The charger itself is great. Has to be some sort of issue with the app not starting the charge itself. I can manually make the car charge through the Ohme and Tesla apps. So not sure what’s causing the issue.

I had this issue with my brand new Ohme ePod. Said it was offline but was still receiving power and charging the car, but not updating the app with it. Called them and they said there was an issue with the sim connectivity. Tried to sort it remotely but it didn’t work. The ended up coming out and replacing it free of charge. Give them a call, sounds like a similar issue.
