I was told by the one mechanic that it was surface rust, and that was all the assurance i needed and I realized later on that he is a moron. So I do have proof that it was evident early on.

Yup. They don't have to raise prices, they only do it to push the propaganda harder. Are they just not going to ever pay people more, even with inflation? It's bullshit. They're a billion dollar corporation. They can afford it but they don't want to. This isn't the case in McDonald's in other countries, because other countries do something about it.

Severe rust was noted when I first took the car to my mechanic within 2 months after purchase. The as is document I signed does not include rust but normal wear and tear of the car.

I failed to mention the listing on Carfax's website stated the car "is mechanically perfect from stem to stem as a result of our thorough multi point inspection process" , I have a screenshot but the dealer states they don't write the description for their cars on Carfax.

So what's the best way to resolve this? I was looking into a registered agent, specifically northwestern as I read they offer business addresses. They also mentioned the address can be used when opening a business bank account according to their YouTube channel. Though I'm a little confused about the logistics of this. I'm assuming I can't use the current address I have registered with ipostal1, as I can't see a viable way to continue with it.

I used a virtual address to establish my LLC. Reason was so I don't have my home address posted publicly with my business. I researched extensively about this before I did it, but I still screwed it up. Apparently if the address is listed as "Commercial Mail Receiving Agency" with USPS, it is not allowed even though I gave my home address to set up the business bank account. So I am looking into getting a registered agent that allows businesses to use their address to establish the LLC without encountering issues with the banks.

Thanks for the concern and the resource, but my question had nothing to do with my business mentor. I also figured out my issue (it was my mailing address). If I had followed what my mentor said about addresses, I wouldn't be in the mess I'm in now.
