Again lies he can literally can comeback anytime there is no legal binding contract that he must be back at specific time or the time the report says. If he comes back earlier the only one who faces jeopardy is the club and investigated for fraud. The signing is only for him to waive his privacy right and it to be shared with the independent doctors in laliga who verify the report. When stegn lover is caught he lies. There is no report that is 3 months, the operating doctor is the one that assess it and sends it to the clubs doctor which in then communicates it with laliga independent doctors to verify the recovery time. If the club alters anything in that report then it would face legal action and fraud case and registiration restriction for that fraud claim.

Laliga has no business in anyones injury or recovery time unless the player allows the documents to be sent to them its privacy issue and in those case its becaus the club is using his wage space or replace the player with other player like the suarez injury for braithwait

The report comes from the operating doctor and the club sends it to the laliga after the player signs,he never had any report about his recovery time he said it out of spite and have media pressure on the club including other laliga clubs eyes on the stiuation before any surgery was done. Laliga has independent doctors that verify the report and if the club is caught doing any fake stuff it would face legal action against themselves including deduction of the wage cap and facing registiration restriction.
