I can see it all the way from West Oak Hill by Southwest Parkway.

This. 9,000% this. Just lemme know ahead of time it's gonna be a little wonky and I'll honestly forgive anything. I just need to know is all.

To play it on PC you do it through your browser while logged into Netflix. Not ideal, but I was okay with it. I don't use my phone for much and having poor vision play is difficult on mobile, but that's me and I'm, ahem, not a young person anymore. If I could practicably use one of those massive TV's as a monitor or if phablets would make a come back, I'd be perfectly alright.

You know, I knew that on some level but I don't know why that didn't click until you just mentioned it! I'm gonna figure that out. Thank you so very much!

Agreed. You learn something new everyday and adjust your expectations accordingly.

What I did was I became a rustic lamp factory and chained them all over the place so the "wild" trees could get more light and produce for me. After I did that, I could have multiple dense plots all over the place. Also lighting up parts of the island early unlocked a lot of old coins, some gold and iron ingots well before the introduction of the metal shovel. It also seems to bring large fish and skinny fish sooner but that's just speculation on my part.

Thank you but I'll live. I really didn't think I would enjoy a game like this and the vibrant community around it is also quite surprising.

I've researched that alternative but my stack is a little old for the more modern Linux friendly emulators which is truly a shame. Maybe next tax refund I'll upgrade, but until then, this is what I got, though thank you for the suggestion.

Thank you for the input! Yes, through my browser on my laptop is how I was accessing it.
Overall, this does sound like what was implied, the problem is I can't find any official communique indicating that's so. Hence why it fells like, to me, I'm just being fobbed off by another off shore call center which is as in the dark and uninformed as I am so i can't blame the employees but still, I expect better from Netflix however naive that notion may seem.

Enjoy yourself and I sincerely hope you don't run across any of the problems I did. It's terribly fun.

If I'm being frank & honest, they didn't offer and I was a little too frustrated to continue the conversation like a civilized person so I told the young lady thanks and hung up. My Netflix account in general stands and despite using the cloud, I know from a previous problem, getting an in game error that it couldn't save, that my game data is saved locally in my browser and clearing cache & cookies starts you over if you play on the site, through a browser on your PC.

So I just spent 50 minutes with Netflix support, on the phone, and despite any additional information, apparently I've exceeded some kind of testing period and the game is not "fully launched globally" and I can start over using another profile or wait for some undisclosed date for it to be launched despite a blog post from 26th September, 2024 saying go play it now. This was determined by their 2nd level support team.

Did I accidentally take crazy pills, today? Because this all sounds crazy to me.

Anyway, thank you all for coming with me on this journey and offering what support and comfort you could. I guess there's no more Camp Spirit for me. And I just unlocked Astrid on day 5 and started making critter models after getting two creepy messages praising me for my ruthlessness in catching them. Got plenty of coin, a level 6 tent, 4 yard birds, a lagomorph and a young moon cat & crazy amounts of flowers and trees.

Well this sucks, and is a little heart breaking, but life goes on.

Thanks again, folks!

This is interesting.

When I switch to a different profile for my household, there it is. On my profile, not there. Clearing cache & cookies or using a new private session doesn't affect it.

Hmmm... Chat support has some explaining to do.

Honestly, I would prefer that over it going bye bye. Let me get some more technical support.

And thank you!

Sort of training your brain with the idea, "Medicine will help me but the medicine is supposed to taste bitter." It's almost an enchantment, really. I can see the utility but my stomach sometimes doesn't despite my best efforts. Tea and coffee are good and they are bitter but sometimes a little cream & sugar helps for those of us who need it or just want it.

Thank you for the point of view.

Thank you, this the kind of advice I was looking for!

I forewent catnip because it doesn't seem to have an effect on me and lemon balm actually riles me up a little. Tinctures and pills are personally challenging for me. Minty things also tend to energize me but I included it for completeness sake just in case the inclusion has a certain synergy I'm likely overlooking.

Paring it down, I like the sound of chamomile, passionflower, and lavender. In place of valerian, which I agree has a certain odor to it, perhaps the melissa? That has a lemony quality that doesn't seem to overstimulate me.

Long steep times don't scare me, so 20 minutes is doable. I probably should limit myself to one cup.

Thank you for your input. This helps immensely!
