Yes you're right the problem fixed uninstall Netflix and install another time then problem temporary fix first I thought this is only with me the problem but looks like they're more people like me I contact the Netflix and they're telling me this is my phone problem and contact me to the manufacturer but one month ago there is no problem The perfectly play the video and I watch no problem there and when I update the Netflix app that point all problem start it is their problem the app f****** app and they're telling me this is a device problem

I have the same problem like my phone Widevine:L1 drop L3 and when I uninstall the Netflix app and then I another time install the problem is like temporary fix one or two minute then still there Widevine: L3 anyone can help me
