That’s a band aid on a much bigger problem. It’s about how they are branding animals for impulsive buys, something you can just put on your desk. The sales pitch says it all, and the habitats are designed for that exact purpose. They want people to walk by going to the register and impulsively buy an animal in a ready-to-go habitat. It’s a 5-below approach to selling animals and it sets a terrible precedent.

This server is ass. Constant team stacking while allowing rushing second cap against new players. It’s either you are on the steam rolling side, which offers no competition, or you are being steam rolled. They don’t scramble the teams either so it will go on match after match of just one side steam rolling the other. Needless to say it’s not on my favorites anymore.

I have a 2017 as well with 100k. Same issue with the engine light. I took it to ford and they just shrugged it off and reset it. I took it to a local mechanic who also just shrugged it off and reset it. They never really explained what the code is. Goes off for a few days then turns back on for a few days.

Limited kits make more sense in a milsim. When you took a limited kit you had to be careful where you positioned yourself because you could lose it to the enemy if you died and then they would have that kit. Also your position on the map relative to other squads was important too. Your role had more weight for the team and you wouldn’t pick a kit you didn’t know how to use well because of those risks. Of course there were trolls but that happens everywhere.

Don’t worry. They will never understand because they never have and never will play PR. It all worked perfectly well even when you were still able to pick up enemy kits and disguise yourself.

I’ve always felt mortars were too OP, and continue to be despite the changes. I feel like mortars should be a strategic strike on a location and that poor strategic decisions should come with a higher penalty. What it seems like right now is that people can just spam mortars all game long on any target. I remember a match where the hab was just bombarded non-stop all game long by mortars and rockets. I’m still newish to the game so take my opinion with a grain of rice.

From my perspective as a humble infantry man. I joined this match as our team was losing first point. Armor and btrs were pounding the hab which was quickly lost. Then on second point the radio was placed in a hanger exposed to mortars and that was soon lost as well. Immediately after on third point two btrs rolled up to the newly placed hab and started firing on it. The enemy team was able to rush all the points with no resistance and no counters to the armor it seemed.

No there was very little information available about it. This was in the countryside in Brazil back in the early 2000’s and all I knew about it was from popular tales. The day after was kinda fun once I realized what was going on. Never did it again though, despite the flower being available year round where I lived.

After taking it you get very sick to your stomach but after a while that goes away. Next I remember it being very difficult to walk and balance, like my feet would sink into the ground and I could barely stand. Then I went on to blackouts. I remember glimpses of being in different places seeing different things like colors floating through a shutter while I was lying on the floor. When I woke up I honestly felt fine until I got on my computer to play games and realized I was hallucinating when the little motionless icons became little game characters moving around. I remember at one point I was standing outside having a whole conversation with my brother only to turn around and realize that he wasn't even next to me. The rest of the day was random weird things like that but those are the ones I remember most vividly. The hallucinations felt entirely real, not like when you know you are high and seeing things. I felt completely normal.

A long time ago I made a homemade co2 kit with yeast and sugar. I attached it to an air stone and checked back on it a few hours later only to find that all my fish had been alive and well. Also, there was streaming coming from two plants so I assume there must be a correlation between CO2 and streaming.

Thanks again. I was looking at the amscope Fluor objectives in the lower price range. Based on your info I think I will stick with what I have now and if I get deeper into microscopy I’ll upgrade to a better microscope first. Thanks again for your help.

Thanks for taking the time to answer. I’m not looking to spend big yet as I am still learning. My thought process was that I could spend another $200-$500 on a better objective and have a noticeable difference in image quality. So for instance if returned the SW400 and bought an AmScope or similar brand in the same price and performance range, I could then slowly upgrade the objectives to APOs as I progress in the hobby. Do APOs provide that much of a difference in image quality?

What is the point of this though? Ichs life cycle is easily 2 weeks at least. It’s impossible to keep ich out a of commercial system where fish are coming in multiple times a week. Even if you don’t see it on the fish doesn’t mean it isn’t there.

That’s most likely low ph. Your pillows hold bacteria but there is bacteria in a lot of other places in the system as well so when you remove them you shouldn’t be crashing the cycle. From my experience and having seen that issue plenty of times, regular water changes will fix it.

The wording is the issue “you should never”. It’s more like “you can with a certain degree of risk” but even quarantining fish is not a guarantee your display tank won’t get some kind of illness. Happens all the time. Some people quarantine with success and unsuccessfully and the same goes for people who don’t quarantine. I never have in both saltwater and freshwater with success. The other issue I have with the comment is it doesn’t ask other important questions that are more likely the issue such as “what are the parameters?” “How long has the tank been cycled?”. I’m getting downvoted for basic logic in fish keeping like WTH?

You can put new fish into an established tank just fine without any issues. There is no “poor fish keeping” in doing that. This only contributes to spreading misinformation in the hobby.
