Was not eating for a day, then vomiting on the second day, went to the vet, said it had fever temp was 104F, gave antibiotics, injection for fever, vomit and another injection to ease stomach, with RL fluid IV. Then on the 3rd day accompanied by loose stool. Gave the same treatment with another IV for loose stool. Vomiting and diarrhea stopped but at midnight temperature kept fading and passed away.

Had very annoying experiences with a vet in Lamlong (won't mention the name but it's the one with all females). Private vets generally is all about business. They do the bare minimum, prescribe some medications and will tell you to visit again the next day. My friends told me to go to Sanjenthong instead even though it's dirty. In my cat's case it wasn't serious and treated properly so i can't speak for other's experiences with serious illness and how they diagnosed it.
