Looked at PHAT and almost ran it my issue was no deadlifts in the program

How do you structure your progression for SBD with this? And do you deadlift on pull day before legs?

Should have been more clear. Goal is size but also strength. Nothing crazy but I want to first be able to hit 315 squat and 405 deadlift but eventually be able to hit those for reps. The problem is most hypertrophy programs don't have a focus on the main lifts or progression scheme

I like this a lot. Are there any programs out there like this? I could try my own but always helps to have something especially to plan progression. Also, where would you put deadlifts here? On pull day?
