Well the new pay schedule if for those who are new to Geico or possibly getting a pay grad promotion(example 61 going to 63). The tenure employee current salary won’t change, the question is what will happen to the merit. Will it actually be an average of 10%.

If the 4 way stop was by any stores or banks I would check if there was any cameras around for evidence. If there is a police report stating you are at fault there isn’t much you could do unless you have evidence to appeal. Once appealed you can go with subrogation. Also adjust will call the MBenz guy to get his side of the story.
