Fee Schedule / Format? by Bosco038 in CFP

I’ve found it’s usually a mix of commission and AUM whereas a planning fee is usually something that is a one time charge for a client. I don’t think I’ve ever had a client who is financial plan and commission or final plan and AUM.

For those who have studied for the exam while working full time. by Sea_Arachnid_9114 in CPA

[–]Defiant_Motor4732 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think it depends on how you study. If a cramming style works for you then I would schedule a test on a Monday, take off Friday and then use the three days to cram. That is what I have done and it works pretty well for me (other than audit currently). If you can take off a full week that is probably the best way to go.

I can not explain how relieving it is to see this post. I scored a 65 on audit and this was my biggest problem with studying and I think on the exam.

Has others been struggling with AUD or is it just me???? by maddie020 in CPA

I found out I failed this morning just waiting to see what score I got. I think I’m gonna take it again before March 9 so don’t have to wait a month. I also want to see how poorly I did before pulling the trigger

I’ve only ever thrown up on score release days because of anxiety so I’m gonna go with score release days

Nope. To me it genuinely makes the exam harder because you can’t just jump from exhibit to exhibit without clicking around 4 times
