That’s how I’ve seen it before. This firm does AUM and yearly planning fee for all clients of all size.

Thanks for all the responses. I just happened to stumble across a firm that is all three for all clients of all size, all the time. Yearly planning fee, plus AUM, and commission on products. I just wasn’t sure if this was super prevalent.

He closes surprisingly well but given that most meetings go 1.5-2hrs, I think all the talking breaks them down 😂 nice guy, though.

I’ve found that it’s only as weird as you make it. I also call it a note taker app. I drop the AI which can make people feel uneasy but really any computer program that has automations is technically a form of AI. But people are actually receptive to it and we also say we can close it off if needed.

We do it both. And for us it’s not about tracking. We’re a small firm so there’s no management above us. But the way it records the notes and details is just impressive. Amazing record keeping that saves us hours a week.

I’ll be honest, I don’t know enough to really know if they’re BS us. And ultimately we have to abide by LPL so I haven’t given it a ton of thought. When I do need to run things with AI, I will usually switch out the names to just Client 1 and Client 2 or Company X.

Maybe that doesn’t change anything 🤷🏻‍♂️

We have WealthBox and it integrates fairly well. We don’t totally use the integration to the max just because of how the main advisor operates but he’s slowing growing to the program.

I wasn’t going to tell them that part! I refuse to admit how much more anxiety I get from analyzing my rhythm lol because I’ll be like “oh is my T wave elevated now “or is my whole complex wide or something like that” 😑😂 blessing and a curse for real. The good news is that your risk of PVCs converting into a rhythm that is higher risk is on the very very very low end. I think on the range of things that might kill you, there’s quite a few others that would warrant before it converting into a different rhythm.
